The Masters system provides Pfizer with the ability to select, manage and communicate over 600 "Master" sales executives. The workflow-based system selects eligible candidates and routes them through an approval process.

I met with the client to determine requirements during an intensive design phase. I created flowcharts and wireframes to brainstorm system functionality. I conceptualized a visual workflow tracker graphic to indicate progress through workflow, coded HTML screens, assigned work task to group and tracked completion status.
